Response to COVID-19
To our Totally Tights family,
We care deeply about you – our customers, as well as our community and staff. With your health and safety our first priority and following the latest Australian government guidelines regarding COVID-19, some of the ways we are working to protect you include:
- Increased hygiene and social distancing protocols within our warehouse and supply chain.
- All our support staff to work remotely until further notice.
Our online store is always open, and our Customer Service team is available via phone (1800 810 449 Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4pm) or email us to answer any questions and ensure things continue to run smoothly for you. To make online shopping easier, we’ve also:
- Extended our returns policy to 90 days to allow you more time to decide if it’s right for you.
- Activated contactless delivery via Australia Post. This means you will not be asked to sign for deliveries and your order will be placed on your doorstep.
As we adjust to this rapidly changing landscape, one thing that will never change is our commitment to supporting you.
